Healthcare deserves nice things too
Technology and innovation are magical when they create real change. We’re on a mission to power empowerment in healthcare through incomparable technology.
Rivet was born out of a simple question:
Why is the health of our care system lagging behind?

Our co-founders, a combination of healthcare operations experts and technology geeks, see this issue and are focused on changing the dynamic. Look around and you see modern technology offering solutions to streamline every aspect of almost every industry. Technology has triggered huge leaps forward for thriving businesses to spend their time on more meaningful projects each day.

And then you look at healthcare and it’s like we stepped back (deep) into the 20th century with solutions that aren’t easy to use, don’t value design, refuse to work together, de-emphasize productivity and lack automation for routine and monotonous tasks.

Why do healthcare vendors keep missing the memo that delightful products can and should exist to make their customers more successful? It’s this passion that fuels the Riveteers every day. We’ve seen billing team leaders get emotional describing how overworked their staff is and how challenging their jobs are. Those heroes of "keeping healthcare moving" deserve better, and we are here to give it to them.
