July 2021 Rivet Updates

This month we’ve been working hard to release some of our best improvements to date! We've updated our Intelligence and Estimates products, as well as integration and customer support.

Intelligence Improvements 

When working across so many systems, it can be difficult to answer simple claims questions and tedious to look into trends. With Rivet’s new claims analytics features found in our Intelligence product, you can perform complex claims analysis without being an Excel expert and easily search for any claim when you have a quick question.

• Out-of-the-box claims analysis

  Our pre-built tables give you insight into how your practice is performing overall, how your revenue is broken up by payer or provider and which adjustment codes may be giving you issues.
  

• Filter for more specific analysis

  Understand your data further by filtering your dataset by virtually any criteria.

• Jump between aggregated summaries and individual claims

  Click any row on one of the analytics tables to see the list of claims behind the aggregated summary. Click the Analyze button from the list page to navigate back to your analysis.
  

• Search for any claim

  Use the search bar on the Claims list page to find any claim in your database—not just claims that have payment variances.

Integration Improvements

• Greenway Health users can now integrate claims seamlessly into Rivet.

Estimates Improvements

• For customers who have enabled payment via Rivet:

  You can now save time on patient communication by automatically including a payment request with every cost estimate.

Customer Support Improvements

• Our new customer support system makes saving you time and money easier now that we can better track and follow up on issues you report.
