As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Rivet, you are at the front lines to onboard and support Rivet customers. You’ll work with a dynamic and energetic team that is driven to help resolve pain points that medical providers face on a daily basis. You’ll love this position if you enjoy teaching and relationship building, but also love to focus alone and dive into complex subject matter and projects.
