Account Development Manager

Rivet is a venture-backed SaaS startup quietly building sophisticated software to make the U.S. healthcare system more transparent. We are located in the beautiful Salt Lake Valley.

We are a small team; the entire sales organization is our CEO, one Regional Director, and one Account Development Manager. This is the ground level and we need a skilled, strategic, energetic, proven, creative, [insert impressive adjective here], ADM to join us. 

We value the ADM contributions at Rivet - this isn't "AE or bust", and we compensate like it. You will partner closely with our CEO, RD, and fellow ADM as we tackle our aggressive goals together.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities that yield happy customers: cold, warm, frozen, hot - you know what to do.

Requirements:

  • This is an early-stage startup (a dozen employees). The primary requirement is a great attitude: understanding this is hard, things change, there are no handouts, team is everything, optimism is your best friend, there is little structure, etc. That said, your contributions are felt and seen by every employee and investor and you can change your career trajectory by being a hero here.

  • Proven track-record selling into medical practices and/or hospitals.
